Seth Plechas
Seth is a proud “nerd” who loves all things technology and has way too many hobbies. He enjoys photography, video editing, video games, music production, and biking. He lives with his wife and black lab puppy in Colorado, and has been working in the technology industry since 2014. Seth proudly serves as the Team Lead for our KME Irvine pod and enjoys collaborating with teams across the nation to help our customers succeed.
Cayla Chastain
I started my IT career in January 2018 as a service coordinator who knew very little about the industry. I quickly discovered my enthusiasm for IT and an even greater passion for helping businesses identify and find the right technology solutions for their organizational needs.
As I gained experience, my interest in the IT field continued to grow. In 2021, I was given the opportunity to join the account management team. This role allowed me to further develop my skills in customer service and work collaboratively with a talented group of IT specialists, who are among the best in the industry.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed the privilege of building strong relationships with clients. These relationships are founded on trust and reliability, and I am committed to maintaining this standard in all my professional interactions.
Zack Hogeboom
After spending time in the Marines and then working as a civilian contractor for the Navy working on the weapon systems on helicopters, I went back to school for IT and landed an internship at KME in October 2017. After doing 200 hours of externship I was offered a job working as a level 1 help desk engineer. Over the years through hard work and determination, and building relationships with customers, I moved into account management in 2021. I really enjoy my role as an account manager as it allows me to really focus on the relationship and make sure their technology needs are met. Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority.
Benjamin Garcia
At KME, I work as a Project Engineer, helping clients tackle long-term challenges such as migrations, system integrations, and large-scale upgrades. I love this role because it allows me to witness incredible transformations like seeing a company move from outdated accounting software on a decrepit server to modern cloud computing never fails to put a smile on my face. The most rewarding part is watching customers realize that what they once thought was impossible is now achievable. My favorite thing about KME is the collaborative environment. I’m surrounded by talented colleagues who are always willing to share their expertise, which means I never have to tackle challenges alone. This culture of knowledge-sharing elevates not only me but our entire team. KME empowers me to do what I love professionally while supporting my personal goals. I trust my managers to have my best interests at heart, and I’ve experienced firsthand the care and compassion this company shows its employees. I’m excited to continue growing with KME.
